Thank you to my followers for sticking with me and enjoying my random bursts of information. This is farewell, maybe not forever but until next time.

Today’s lesson, beware of your dogs’ behaviors and watch out what kinds of foods you give to your dogs.

Can’t have Gluten? No problem

Gluten (from Latin gluten, “glue”) is a protein composite found in wheat and related grains, including barley and rye. Gluten gives elasticity to dough, helping it rise and keep its shape and often gives the final product a chewy texture. Gluten is used in cosmetics, hair products, and other dermatological preparations.(According to Wikipedia)

What can you possibly eat, that doesn’t have Gluten in it? There are recipes such as this:

Ingredients
2 cups peanut butter2 cups white sugar4 eggs, beaten

Kids

It is always hard to get a child to eat their veggies. Here are some tips on how to trick them, you can mix their veggies with their favorite foods so that they don’t notice. Also make sure that you praise them even if they didn’t finish it, at least they ate something. There is this great website that I have brushed upon when browsing the internet and it gives you printable agreements for healthy eating or teaching your kids the health pyramid or nutrition vocabulary and the list continues!

Food, Yum.

From my personal experience I’ve been feeling healthier since I had converted to pescatarianism. It’s been about almost two years and I’m loving it. If you want to try the experience then just try to go a whole day without eating any meat besides seafood. If you don’t want to try that or are allergic to seafood then you can try meatless Mondays! (Or replace Mondays with whatever day of
The week that you would prefer).

Young people have to start thinking about what choices to make after graduating high school. Some find a good job, some continue their educations at Community colleges or Universities or a Vocational school or even online! There are so many ways that people can continue their education. What kind of shows are out there?

Well there are a couple of tv shows that I would personally recommend if you’re into the supernatural/ fantasy world.

The first show would be Supernatural, hands down; starring the handsome Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. This series has been going on nine seasons strong since 2005, with an upcoming tenth season; that has to count for something right? The gist of this show is about two brothers, who hunt monsters which intertwined with angels, demons and even god. There are a bunch of adventures these brothers go through with every near death fight and little spurs of romance. I would highly recommend this show!

Another show that I would recommend hat revolves around the fantasy life, is Once Upon a Time. This shows brings most known fairy tales to life and connects them all to one back story, which happens to be Snow White. There are many battles that commence between the Evil queen, Rumplestilskin, the witch of oz and many more famous characters. This show has been going on for 2 seasons now, going into its third.

Well those are the two shows that I can think of at the moment, I hope you take my opinion into consideration. 🙂
