From my personal experience I’ve been feeling healthier since I had converted to pescatarianism. It’s been about almost two years and I’m loving it. If you want to try the experience then just try to go a whole day without eating any meat besides seafood. If you don’t want to try that or are allergic to seafood then you can try meatless Mondays! (Or replace Mondays with whatever day of
