There are ways to lessen your risk of getting cancer?

According to the beloved, Dr. Oz there are ways that you can cut your risk of cancer. I’m going to list a couple and for the rest of the list click here

1. Eat more fruit
2. Love legumes (beans)
3. Eat red onion
4. Use onions, garlic and shallots to flavor your foods
5. Start your day with bran cereal
