Those words are easier said than done, if you’re overly shy like myself and dread the possibility of talking in front of crowds then the risk of having a panic attack rises or if you’re really nervous about a test, a panic attack can rise. Depending on what situations make you nervous, a panic attack can occur at any time.

A panic attack can be described as a random without warning, overwhelming sense of dread and fear; your heart pounds so loud that your ears ring and the sudden onset of panic leaves you paralyzed.
