Have you ever wondered, could you be exercising too much? there is a possibility that actually you can. These are some health habits that people do constantly that could hinder your health rate: Running often, using antibacterial soap and misusing their personal sick days. Cardiologists say that running too often and too far can actually put stress upon your body while wearing and tearing it down. As mentioned before in my previous post, there are not many studies that actually support that using antibacterial soap is better than using regular soap. Usually when people hear misusing sick days, they resort to thinking of calling out when you just want to take a day off for personal matters like family problems or events; but usually a personal day should be used to be stress free and relax for that day.
