Do you have a pearly white smile? No? Are you brushing three times a day, flossing and using mouthwash and still no progress? Well maybe it’s not your brushing routine, it could be the foods that you eat! Some foods are so acidic and full of sugar (yes lots of sugar can damage your teeth) that they tear the enamel from your teeth when you eat them frequently. To get rid most of the acids and sugars on your teeth, you can drink water, you can cut down on eating these acidic beverages, foods, and don’t brush right after you eat, it is ironically not helpful.
